Using my bamboo tablet I drew this girl and flowers. I was happy with the outcome and was just drawing to experiment with my tablet and develop my photoshop skills.

Thailand

Last summer I spend in Thailand teaching English with the British Council. spending these 2 months submerged in a cultural shock of an environment, living on my own and learning not to take anything for granted. I feel like this experience made me mature and learn alot about myself by pushing myself out of my comfort zone and to gain memories that will travel with me throughout my life. These images are just a few which I felt like sharing. The children who I taught which may were coming from a family which had nothing. To the images of the Buddhist temples and the deep respect there is in Thailand for reglion and a humble way of life. The patterns of the temples the art work and the vibrant use of colour is inspirational to me and can be seen in some of my work.

Stevie Nicks has to be one of my biggest influences not only with her fashion style throughout the decades. But from the music, being part of Fleetwood Mac taking the band from a real blues sound to the roll n rock that has meaning, becoming the frontwoman a powerful positive female role and producting ‘Rumours’ one of the most amazing top selling albums of all time. An album made nearly 40 years ago and sometime I take inspiration from every time I listen to it. I cannot contain my excitement at their announcment for a new album in the works.
